As you all know, Casey, aka Bear, has been the light of my life since I was a mere 12 years old. Well, now, 12 years later we're still chuggin' along. He now enjoys the company of Kettu, his fox-like brother, and Kyla, his dingo-ish sister.

Greg Maino, @juskuz, or Juskuz, took this amazing photo of Bear while Mari and him were dog sitting during Jan 09. Thanks Greg! Bear and I appreciate your good artistic sense :-)

since he told me that he checks my blog and is disappointed that I never write! Well, I'm going to start. Unfortunately, my camera took a dive into Chickenbone Lake on Isle Royale a few weeks back so the pictures may be scarce for awhile, but I will try to accommodate anyway.

Congratulations to Gowtham for receiving a National Geographic publication for one of his pictures!! Will link when it is posted!! :-)
